At Arabisia.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to inspect and package every item before dispatch. To ensure transparency, we share detailed photos and videos of your order prior to shipping. Once confirmed by the customer, the order is considered final.

10-Day Exchange Policy (Damaged or Faulty Items Only)

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, you may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
To initiate the process:

  • Provide your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact

Exchanges will only be made for the same item or a similar product (subject to stock availability). Please note that courier charges for the exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

No Exchanges or Returns for Change of Mind

Due to our confirmation process (including shared images/videos before dispatch), no exchanges or returns are accepted for change of mind, size, or material preferences once the customer confirms the order. This ensures a smooth and fair process for all customers.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Customized or personalized items are non-exchangeable. Our team will inform you in advance if your purchase falls under this category.
